That sentiment — referring to the abundance of tourists who will come to the borough as a result of the planned Empire Outlets and New York Wheel project — was passed along to a host of Staten Island real estate and business professionals on Thursday at the Staten Island Board of Realtors (SIBOR) seventh annual Global Real Estate Symposium at Snug Harbor Cultural Center and Botanical Garden in Livingston.”
