Island’s Realtors® to Host ‘Top Producers’ Awards Ceremony Oct. 2
Staten Island Board of Realtors® had previously postponed the annual event due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic
Staten Island, N.Y. – The Staten Island Board of Realtors® (SIBOR) will be hosting an awards ceremony to honor its best-achieving members of 2019. Weather permitting, the “Top Producers” event will follow COVID-19 safety guidelines during an outdoor awards presentation Oct. 2 at the Hilton Garden Inn, Bloomfield. Should weather conditions make the outdoor event impractical, the ceremony, sponsored by Freedom Mortgage, will be hosted indoors, in accordance with safety precautions.
Originally scheduled for March 19, SIBOR’s Top Producers Club awards ceremony had been postponed in response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
The Top Producer designations are awarded annually to associate brokers and sales associates for exceptional listing and selling activity. Serving as the kickoff of SIBOR’S yearly Realtor Day, the awards ceremony is traditionally followed by the organization’s popular trade expo, which this year has been canceled.
Among the newly recognized honorees are Cynthia Dgheim, Dritan (Tony) Gashi, Virginia Spaventa and Michael Santagnelo. Each is entering SIBOR’s Top Producer Club Hall of Fame, which requires being a Top Producer for a minimum of 10 consecutive years. The SIBOR Rising Star Award, given each year to the Top Producer honoree with the least amount of time in the industry, will be announced on the day of the event.
