STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. – An International Properties Showcase Seminar was held earlier today [Wednesday, Jan. 13) spotlighting an understanding of real estate opportunities in Israel.

The virtual event, presented by the Staten Island Board of Realtors® (SIBOR) Global Business Council and the Jerusalem Chamber of Real Estate Brokers, presented a picture of Israel’s multifaceted allure for international visitors and real estate investors, the country’s housing market and its attraction to American buyers. A variety of subjects pertaining to international transactions were discussed, including monetary, legal and procedural concerns.

Ron Molcho, chair of SIBOR’s Global Business Council, moderated the seminar, which featured panelists Assaf Epstein, chairman, Chamber of Real Estate Brokers Jerusalem and vice chairman, Chamber of Real Estate Brokers Israel; Dr. Arik Ariel, ADV,. a Ph.D. in International Relations and Affairs, and founder/owner of the Law Firm of Arik Ariel, Israel; and Be’eri Gurtler Har-Tuv, mortgage broker, Israeli Mortgage Broker Association.
