Vendors should move quickly to obtain a booth at SIBOR’s Realtor EXPO 2024
STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. – Long established as a vibrant hub of networking and educational activity, the annual Realtor EXPO held on Staten Island has earned its place among the local real estate industry’s most anticipated events – and the upcoming Realtor EXPO 2024 is no exemption.
The trade show has successfully adapted to the dynamic changes in the industry landscape, emerging as a pivotal event for real estate professionals serving Staten Island and the surrounding areas, as well as the partner industries that support them.

Scheduled for April 11, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., in the Hilton Garden Inn, Bloomfield, the latest edition of the annual trade show presented by the Staten Island Board of Realtors® (SIBOR) will highlight newly arrived and rapidly evolving Realtor-applicable technologies. The event will take place immediately following SIBOR’S annual Top Producer Awards breakfast, which will recognize the association’s top-producing members for their accomplishments in 2023.
“This annual event starts with an awards ceremony recognizing our Realtor Top Producers, their brokers and peers,” said Sandy Krueger, CEO of SIBOR. “We’re expecting over 600 Realtors to join us there and at the accompanying trade show. This is always our premier event.”
In all, the trade show will feature 90 national and local exhibitors. Participating vendors will include technology companies; lending institutions; title and legal services; builders; contractors; property appraisers; inspectors, and numerous others.
“With a diverse array of exhibitors showcasing the latest industry trends and innovative solutions, attendees can expect valuable insights and networking opportunities throughout the day,” said SIBOR 2024 President Fran Reali.
Realtor EXPO 2024 Chairman Gary Fleming praised the value of the annual event for all involved.
“Once again, we all are looking forward to a lively trade show that provides a convenient opportunity for real estate professionals and members of supporting industries to network, learn, and exchange information,” Fleming said.
