STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Asking prices for commercial real estate along commercial corridors on the North Shore of Staten Island now reach over $3 million for prime Forest Avenue locations.
In West Brighton, the 100- by 100-foot lot at 382 Forest Ave., where Capital One Bank is the current tenant, carries a $3.5 million price tag.
In Graniteville, the land lease for the 90- by 66-foot parcel at 1745 Forest Ave., the location of Perkins Restaurant & Cafe, is also $3.5 million.
