“Wonica, a past president and active member of the Staten Island Board of Realtors, is the broker/owner of Castleton Corners-based Wonica Realtors & Appraisers, a firm he founded more than four decades ago.
The honor recognizes his service to NYSAR, adherence to the National Association of Realtors code of ethics and business and civic accomplishments.
The honor was bestowed during the state association’s Fall Business Meetings in Verona, N.Y.”
