STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. (Oct. 25, 2023) – Leaders of the Staten Island Board of Realtors® (SIBOR) are positioned to embrace their responsibilities within the organization for the coming year.

A recently held election completed the selection of the Realtor association’s directors for 2024. The votes were cast electronically Oct. 18 during SIBOR’s Annual Membership Meeting and Awards Breakfast, which was held at the Hilton Garden Inn, Bloomfield.

Officers elected at an earlier time include Francine Reali of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Safari Realty as president; Annmarie Triolo of Triolo Realty Group, president-elect; Coleen M. Siracusa of Real Estate and Land Solutions, secretary; Ann Coppola of Master Associates, treasurer, and Rosanne La Fata of Re/Max Elite, who will serve as immediate past president.

SIBOR directors and officers are Realtors and community business leaders who generously volunteer their time and expertise to the organization.

“The real estate industry and private-property rights in New York state are constantly being challenged. I’m pleased to have this very strong and dedicated cadre of leaders to address the issues next year,” said Sandy Krueger, CEO of the Staten Island Board of Realtors®.

The elections resulted in the following individuals being named, or reaffirmed, to SIBOR’s Board of Directors for 2024: SIBOR Past President Traci Cangiano, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Cangiano Estates; Steven Caro, Robert DeFalco Realty; Danielle Denigris, Ozana Realty Group; SIBOR Past President Georgianna Diaz, Village Realty of Staten Island; Lori Ficarra, DiTommaso Real Estate; Gary Fleming, Emerald Elite Realty; Vincent Monardo, Tom Crimmins Realty; Gerry McClean, Re/Max Edge; Joseph Rodriguez, Truhomes Realty Group; Rocio Uchofen, Century 21 Papp Realty, along with Michael Bloomfield of Tekie Geek and Robin Lefkowitz of Northfield Bank, who will serve as non-Realtor directors.
