Island’s Realtors® Honor ‘Top Producers’ of 2023

Staten Island Board of Realtors^® hosts daylong event with celebration of outstanding members’ performance preceding its annual REALTOR EXPO

Staten Island, N.Y. (April 22, 2024) – The Staten Island Board of Realtors® (SIBOR) honored its best-achieving members of 2023, its “Top Producers,” during a daylong event April 11, which included an awards breakfast followed by the organization’s annual Realtor EXPO at the Hilton Garden Inn, Bloomfield.

The SIBOR Top Producer award is an annual recognition given to real estate agents who have shown outstanding results in transaction volume in 2023. Winners have demonstrated exceptional skills in communication, negotiation, market knowledge, and client satisfaction, all of which are vital to success in the real estate industry.

“In the real estate sector, there are committed professionals who consistently strive for excellence,” stated Fran Reali, 2024 SIBOR president. “We are honored to acknowledge the exceptional accomplishments of the SIBOR Top Producer award winners, Rising Star Award recipient, and five SIBOR Hall of Fame honorees. Their unwavering dedication and expertise have set a new benchmark in the industry, establishing higher standards of performance for all.”  The breakfast was chaired by broker Frank DiTommaso of DiTommaso Real Estate and broker Daniel Fausak of Red Door Realty.

Among the honored Realtors were SIBOR Top Producer Hall of Fame members Maged Girgis, Ann Grande, Margaret Power and Laura Vallone, who were acknowledged for receiving the Top Producer Award 20 years in a row, and Natalia Zukhovich, inducted into SIBOR’s Top Producer Club Hall of Fame for earning Top Producer status for 10 consecutive years.

Alana Miller received the SIBOR Rising Star Award, given each year to the Top Producer honoree with the least amount of time in the real estate industry.
