STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Ralph Branca, the president and CEO of Victory State Bank, was sworn today y as the chairman of the board of the Staten Island Chamber of Commerce.
Branca was among the Chamber’s executive and Foundation board members due to take the oath of office, along with its board of directors for 2013.
