Staten Island MLS Launches Multilingual Home Search Tool
Residential listings on MLSsiny.com now include AI-powered multilingual property-tour technology with audio and closed captioning in 10 languages
STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. – The Staten Island Multiple Listing Service (SIMLS) has launched a new tool designed to assist a broader and more diverse audience of consumers on the path to homeownership.
Through its newly aligned industry partnership with DirectOffer (DO), an AI-powered marketing and lead generation platform, SIMLS has incorporated DO AudioTours™ into its greater Staten Island listings database, available to the public on MLSsiny.com.
As a result, all the residential property listings provided by the 2,300 Realtor subscribers of the Staten Island MLS will automatically include AI-powered multilingual property-tour technology with audio and closed captioning in 10 languages.

Once added to the SIMLS feed, a DO Audio Tour is available where a property listing appears, including brokerage websites and search portals. It also can be shared throughout an agent’s property marketing, including social media, emails and text messages, via their smartphone.
